当今图像技术和视频技术高速发展,对平面媒体之一的报纸业产生巨大冲击,以往冗长的文字已不能满足读者需求,这就需要报纸从事人员以发展的角度对视觉信息和文字信息进行挖掘,即文字记者要掌握摄影技术知识,摄影记者要学会文字表达。这种"双向发展"既是媒体发展的需要,也是记者自身发展的需要,还是报社控制经营成本的需要,这些需要构成了平面媒体发展的必然趋势。

With development of the video technology, the printed medium has been challenged a lot, which require the re- porters not only tap the text information but also the vision information. It is evitable for both the medium industry and the re- porter themselves to realize the two -way development goal,or in other words ,it is regarded as an evitable development trend for the printed medium industry.
