摘要
自组织理论是阐释一般自组织系统产生的环境和条件、发展过程及演化形式的科学理论,教学系统有明显的自组织特性.根据自组织理论,对传统课堂教学进行反思,并为课堂教学提出改革建议:优化要素间的非线性相互作用,采用竞争-合作机制,预测教学演化,通过知识循环进行创新思维.
Self-organization theory is scientific theory which elaborates the environmental conditions, development and evolution of self-organizing system. The education system has obvious self-organizing characteristics. According to seLf-organization theory, the traditional classroom teaching is reflected, and the reform proposals are put forward. The proposals include optimizing nonlinear interaction between the elements, applying competition-cooperation mechanism, predicting the evolution of teaching and innovating thinking by knowledge cycle.
