纸币序列号定位与分割方法研究 被引量:1

摘要 人民币序列号的唯一性,是区别纸币的一种标示,采用一种基于投影法的号码区域定位方法,并提出一种沿双向最短路径搜索字符串上下轮廓的凹凸位置进行粘接字符分割方法。在号码区域定位时,对二值化后的序列号实行行和列投影,进行粗定位和精定位两个步骤实现目标区域的定位;为了提高分割粘接字符的正确率,利用字符串之间存在的凹凸轮廓特征,沿双向最短路径搜索字符串上下轮廓的凹凸位置,分割出单个字符。实验结果表明,投影法能够快速、准确的实现纸币序列号的定位;当有字符粘接时,采用沿双向路径方法比沿单向路径方法能够找到更好的切割点,并去除掉多余的粘接噪声,能够实现纸币序列号正确、有效地字符分割。 The serial numbers of RMB is unique that is the sign of difference between other notes . Used the methods of based on a projection method to locate numbers" area ,and proposed a method that is adopted the shortest path of two-way searching best concave-convex position of the adhesive characters outline to segment the single characters. Conducted line projection and column projection to the serial number of binary to locating the area of the note numbers for rough and fine positioning two steps. In order to improve the accuracy of the adhesive characters" segment, adopting the shortest path of two-way search best concave-convex position to Segment the single characters. The experimental results show that the pro- jection method can position notes of serial numbe rapidly and accurately. The shortest path o5 two-way search best concave-- convex position to Segment the single characters than better the one-way path. And then it was removed the adhesive noise that can segment the serial number character of notes rightly and effectively.
