The development of our economy and society has entered into a critical stage.It is a stage of both opportunity and challenge.Therefore,the reinforcement and innovation of the social management mechanism has become an important safeguard for the smooth transition of the society.We must adhere to the correct direction of reformation and the basic guiding principles.We must find out the working priorities in our social management so as to promote the social management pattern,which is a combination of the Party committee’leadership,government’s responsibility,social coordination and public participation.
