河北省城镇居家养老支持性服务体系研究

The influencing factors and Countermeasures of the aged-care at home support services system in cities and towns of Hebei province

近五年来,河北省居家养老支持性服务体系的影响因素主要有以下四个方面:一是社会对居家养老服务的关注程度不够;二是老年人自身观念陈旧;三是资金投入不足;四是缺乏高素质的居家养老服务人员。为此,政府应加强居家养老相关内容的宣传;居民应转变传统观念;政府相关部门应加快养老服务体系的建设,加大资金投入力度;培养专业人才队伍,真正实现"老有所养,病有所医"的和谐社会。

This article through to home care support services system in-depthin vestigation in the Hebei Province for 5 years,comprehensive analysis of its influence factors,mainly in the following four aspects： First factor is the social attention to home-based care services is not enough;Second factor is the elderly themselves outdated concepts;third factor is insufficient of capital investment;the fourth factor is the lack of high-quality home care services staff.Therefore,the government should strengthen the propaganda old-age home;residents also should change the traditional ideas;the relevant government departments should accelerate the construction of old-age service system,increase capital.Truly realize the＂provide for old folks and treat illness＂of harmonious society.
