Nursing of Severe Acute Pancreatitis

目的探讨和总结重症急性胰腺炎(SAP)的护理方法及经验。方法总结77例重症急性胰腺炎患者的护理资料,探讨最值护理方法。结果经积极治疗与护理,77例患者治愈61例占79%,好转16例占21%。结论严密观察病情变化,及时有效地治疗和护理是提高重症胰腺炎患者治愈率的关键。

Objective Discusses and summarize the nursing methods of severe acute pancreatitis and experience. Methods Summary I branch January 2011 to September 77 cases were the hospital for severe acute pancreatitis patients care method, and observe care from various aspects. Results The active therapy and nursing, all the 77 patients were cured in 61 cases, accounting for 79%, improvement in 16, accounted for 21%. Conclusions After close observation of the condition changes, timely and effective treatment and care is to improve the severe acute pancreatitis with cure rate of the key.
