六中全会视角下的高校思想文化建设——以红河学院为例

Ideological and Cultural Construction at Colleges from the Perspective of The Sixth Plenary Session—An Example on Honghe University

党的十七届六中全会成功召开,为推动社会主义文化大发展大繁荣明确了指导思想、基本方针、目标任务和重大举措,且为推动高校思想文化建设指明了发展方向与价值取两个关键问题。在红河学院"构建以学生为中心的教育教学体系"的背景下,文章对"以学生为中心"的学生工作更进一步的认识,以及应遵循的指导思想、根本目的、基本原则和基本任务,以此营造良好的学校环境,推动学校思想文化建设。

The successful convening of the Sixth Plenary Session of the 17 th CPC Central Committee has made the guiding ideology, the basic policy and the objective task quite clear for promotion of the socialist cultural development and prosperity. It has also pointed out the two key problems----the development direction and the value orientation for promotion of ideological and cultural construction in college. Under the background of ＂the system of student-centered teaching and education＂ at Honghe University, measures should be taken to make a deep understanding of the student work, the guidelines to be followed, the radical aim to achieve, the basic principles to abide by and the tasks to reach so as to build good school environment, promote school ideological and cultural construction.
