摘要
介绍科氏流量计的工作原理和硬件组成。系统以DSP为核心,控制外围硬件工作并采集信号,对信号进行存储计算,输出质量流量值。提出采用希尔伯特变换方法来计算信号相位差和频率,给出系统软件总体设计及运行流程。实验表明,系统测量精度高,重复性好。
The working principle and hardware components of Coriolis flowmeter are introduced. DSP is used as the system core. It controls the peripheral hardware working and signal acquisition, stores and calculates the signal, then outputs the mass flow rate. Hilbert transform method is proposed to calculate the signal phase and frequency. The overall software design and operation processes of the system are given too. The experiments show that the system owns high ac- curacy and good repeatability.
