利用餐厨垃圾生产可降解高分子生物材料 被引量:1

摘要 餐厨垃圾是指食物废料,以淀粉类、食物纤维类、动物脂肪类物质为主,是城市垃圾的主要成分。利用餐厨垃圾含有丰富营养物质的特点,以餐厨垃圾的乳酸发酵液为原料,利用催化剂的作用从乳酸发酵液中制备提取乳酸脂,以乳酸脂通过熔融/固相聚合直接合成聚乳酸,聚乳酸即为可生物降解的高分子材料(塑料)。
