地方高校科研团队建设的问题与对策

Problems and Countermeasures of the Construction of Scientific Research Team in Local Universities

地方科研团队是地方知识资源的宝库,推动学术发展与科技创新的动力站,发展地方经济与科技的主力军。然而,当下地方高校的科研团队存在发展体制不健全,运行结构不合理等问题。本文在恰切定位地方高校科研团队发展特色与目标的基础上,整合分析了其发展过程中存在的主要问题,论述了导致问题的各种因素,提出了塑造新型地方高校科研团队的对策。

Local scientific research team is the local treasure house of knowledge resources, the power station of promoting academic development and innovation of science and technology the main force of boosting local economy, science and technology. However, some problems exist in construction of local university scientific research team; for example, the current development system remains immature, operation structure unreasonable and so on. The paper, on the basis of locating the right position, analyzes the existing problems as well as their causes, and put forward countermeasures of constructing a new university scientific research team.
