摘要
用移动式平衡机在现场完成汽轮发电机组转子的低速平衡,具有安全、省时和费用低的优势,但低速平衡只能解决单个转子的一阶振型不平衡问题,并不能保证转子在工作转速时具有良好的平衡。针对这个问题,提出如下解决办法:在检修前对机组的振动情况进行检测,结合挠性转子平衡理论调整校正质量,如此可以避免或减少检修后机组启动过程中进行高速平衡的次数。
The low speed balancing method with a portable-type balancing machine for turbogenerator rotor in site has the advantage of safety, time saving and low cost, but it can solve only 1st modal unbalance of a single rotor, not ensure the rotor balance at its working speed. Focusing on this problem the paper proposes a method as the following: to test the turbogenerator vibration before an overhaul, and to correct the rotor adjustment mass based on the flesible rotor balancing theory so to have the rotor in a condition that the high speed balancing is not necessary or just a few times for the rotor during the generator start-up after the overhaul.
