摘要
顶岗实习作为高师院校一种新颖的教育实习模式,具有十分突出的多维意义。就教育学意义而言,主要体现在拓宽教育者的理论视野和实践通道、搭建书本世界通向生活世界的桥梁、震荡学生的内在心灵和追求等三个方面。
Internship-on-duty in normal universities, as a new education practice mode, has the very prominent multidimensional significance. In view of its pedagogic significance, it mainly embodies in three aspects: broadening educators' theory horizon and practice channel, set up the bridge connecting the book world and the reality life, impact students' soul and pursuit of life.
