Bases on the objectives and major aspects for condition based maintenance of secondary equipments, and combined with the current status of the maintenance, the scheme of on-line and off-line database creation and the monitoring architecture of the maintenance are discussed while the key issues of the maintenance in its implementation are pointed out.
