南方电网超高压输电公司资产全寿命周期管理研究

中国南方电网超高压输电公司是南方电网公司西电东送主网架的运营单位，资产管理好坏直接影响着超高压输电公司的日常运行、资产维护以及固定资产的再投入。本研究课题从资产全寿命周期管理角度全面审视超高压输电公司现行的资产管理状况并指出存在的问题，结合公司的特点构建适合公司的资产全寿命周期管理框架体系，并对实施资产全寿命周期管理过程的关键技术和基础工作进行分析，以期为公司深入研究和执行资产全寿命周期管理提供指引。

CSG EHV Power Transmission Company is the operating unit of the main grid for power transmitting from west to east in China Southern Power Grid Company. The quality of the asset management directly affects on daily operation, asset maintenance, and fixed assets reinvestment of the CSG EHV Power Transmission Company. This topic has comprehensive review of the current status of asset management in the company and points out the problems from the perspective of life cycle asset management （LCAM）, builds the framework of LCAM with the characteristics of the company, and analyzes the key technologies and the basic work in the course of implementation of LCAM to provide guidances for in-depth study and implementation of LCAM.
