Constitutionalism is a synthesis of the political idea,political system and political operation state.Its comprehensiveness in connotation constitutes multiplicity of semantic field of constitutionalism and leads to the multi-dimensionalness of essential elements.The Constitution,rule of law,democracy,human rights and freedom constitute the basic elements of constitutionalism;Constitutionalism depends on the conditions of presence,these conditions are associated with the production and development of constitutionalism,and become the fundament and basis which decide constitutional presence.People and citizen society constitute two-way foundation of constitutionalism.
