金水六君煎对稳定期慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者呼吸功能和免疫功能的影响

Effect of "Jinshui Liujun Decoction" on respiratory function and immunologic function in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease at stationary phase

目的观察金水六君煎对慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)稳定期患者呼吸功能和免疫功能的影响。方法将84例COPD患者随机分为两组,各42例;对照组给予复方氨茶碱、沐舒坦片口服,观察组给予金水六君煎加味,疗程20天。观察两组患者治疗前后呼吸功能和免疫功能的变化。结果治疗后两组患者呼吸功能和免疫功能均有明显改善(P<0.05),且观察组的改善优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论金水六君煎能明显改善COPD患者的呼吸功能和免疫功能。

Objective To observe the effect of ＂Jinshui Liujun Decoction＂ on respiratory function and immunologic function in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease （COPD） at stationary phase. Methods Eighty-four cases were randomized into two groups： control group in which 42 cases were treated by compound aminophylline and mucosolvan, and observation group in which 42 cases were treated by ＂Jinshui Liujun Decoction＂, with the course of 20 days. The respiratory function and immunologic function in both groups were detected before and after the treatment. Results The respiratory function and immunologic func- tion in both groups were improved markedly （ P 〈 O. 05 ）, and the improvement in observation group was better than that in control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）.
