城市社区“企业”的角色重构——基于治理理论的探究

On Reconstruction of the Role of the Urban Communication "Enterprise"——Based on the Governance Theory

治理理论是新保守主义政治观中继保护型民主理论之后政治学知识再生产的选择,其与城市社区建设的融合形成特色的社区治理理论。城市社区治理的三大主体之一——社区"企业"一直为人们所忽视和抛弃,成为社区治理的核心缺失部分。通过分析治理理论与社区"企业"的融合,重构了物业管理企业在社区中的角色,即坚持业主委员会主导下的社区治理主体。这种新的分析角度,相信对未来社区治理的研究会有很大裨益。

Governance theory is the choice of political science knowledge reproduction after the protective democratic theory in the neo-conservative political outlook.Its integration with the urban community building shapes the special community governance theory.One of the three main community governance——Community ＂enterprise＂,has been neglected and abandoned by people as the core of missing part of the community governance.By analyzing the integration between the governance theory and the community ＂enterprise＂,we reconstruct the role of the property management business in the community.That means we should insist that ＂enterprise＂ is the community governance under the Owners Committee.From this new view,I believe the future governance of the community will be benefited.
