黄葵胶囊结合常规疗法治疗糖尿病肾病临床观察

Clinical observation of "Okra Capsule" and conventional therapy for diabetic nephropathy

目的观察黄葵胶囊治疗糖尿病肾病的临床疗效。方法将90例糖尿病肾病患者随机分为治疗组和对照组(各45例),均给予控制饮食、血糖、血压等基础治疗;对照组给予盐酸贝那普利片口服,治疗组在对照组基础上加用黄葵胶囊口服;疗程3个月。观察两组临床疗效及治疗前后尿微量白蛋白(mAlb)、24h尿蛋白定量(Upro)、空腹血糖(FBG)、血肌酐(Scr)、血尿素氮(BUN)等指标的变化。结果治疗3个月后,治疗组总有效率为86.7%,对照组为66.7%(P<0.05);两组mAlb、Upro、Scr、BUN、FBG均明显下降(P<0.05),且治疗组肾功能改善优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论黄葵胶囊可提高糖尿病肾病患者临床疗效、改善肾功能。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of ＂Okra Capsule＂ in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy. Methods Ninety cases were randomized into treatment group and control group, all the cases were treated by fundamental therapy of controlling diet, blood sugar and blood pressore; all the cases in control group were treated by Benazepril Hydrochloride Tablets orally, and the cases in treatment group were treated by combination of Benazepril Hydrochloride Tablets with ＂Okra Capsule＂ orally, with the course of 3 months. The clinical efficacy, changes of mAlb, Upro, FBG, Scr and BUN were detected before and after treat- ment. Results After treatment, the overall effective rate was 86.7% in treatment group and 66.7% in control group, with a difference between the two groups （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; the mAlb, Upro, Scr, BUN and FBG were decreased markedly in both groups （ P 〈 0.05 ）, and the improvement of renal function in treatment group was better than that in the control group （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ＂Okra Capsule＂ can improve the clinical efficacy and renal function in patients with diabetic nephropathy.
