灸肺俞刺四关治疗阴暑症临床疗效观察

Clinical observation of combined moxibustion on Feishu with needling Hegu and Taichong points for yin summer-heat syndrome

目的观察灸肺俞刺四关治疗阴暑症的临床疗效。方法将100例阴暑症患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,各50例;治疗组采用灸肺俞刺四关治疗,对照组采用常规针灸治疗,疗程3天。结果治疗组和对照组的治愈率分别为100%、52%,两者比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论灸肺俞刺四关治疗阴暑症的临床疗效确切。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of combined moxibustion on Feishu （ BL 13 ） with needling Hegu （ LI 4 ） and Taichong （ LR 3 ） points in treating yin summer-heat syndrome. Methods One hundred cases were randomized into two groups ： treatment group in which 50 cases were treated by combining moxibustion on Feishu and needling Hegu and Taiehong points, and control group in which 50 cases were treated by routine acupuncture therapy, with the course of 3 days. Results The overall effective rate was 100% in the treatment group and 52% in the control group, with a difference between the two groups （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Combined moxibustion on Feishu with needling Hegu and Taichong points has positive effect on yin summer-heat syndrome.
