摘要 目的采用气相色谱-质谱连用(GC-MS)法测定在空气中放置不同时间的决明子脂肪油的组成,探索其稳定性并推测其变化过程。方法色谱条件:HP-5 MS柱(30 m×0.25 mm×0.25μm),载气He;汽化温度240℃;程序升温:150℃→280℃。质谱条件:EI电离,电压70 eV;GC-MS界面温度260℃;扫描围:201~450 amu。结果从决明子的脂肪油中,分离并鉴定了34个化合物。结论决明子脂肪油中主要含有十八碳二烯酸、(Z)-9-十八碳烯酸、十六酸、十八酸、二十酸、二十二酸、二十四酸,占总脂肪油的94.53%;决明子油放置不同的时间后,其组成虽有所变化但仍然相对稳定,其中不饱和脂肪酸的同分异构体间存在互变消长关系,特别是油酸、亚油酸、棕榈酸等活性物质会随着放置时间的增加而含量减少。 Objective GC-MS Analysis of the chemical components of fatty oil from Semen cassiae. Constitutions of Semen cassiae fatty oil exposed in the air for dif- ferent phase was analyzed to explore their stability and change processes. Methods Chromatographic conditions : HP-5 MS column ( 30 m × 0.25 mm × 0.'25 μm) , the carrier gas was helium; The injector temperature Was 240 ℃ ; temperature program: 150℃ - 280 ℃. Mass septrometric conditions: El ioniza- tion, Voltage 70 eV ; GC-MS interface temperature of 260 ℃; Mass rang was in the range of m/z 201 - 450 amu. Results Thirty four kinds of essential compo- nents were identified from the fatty oil. Conclusion The major constituents were linoleic acid, (z) -9-octadecenoic acid, palmitic acid, octadecanoic acid, arachidic acid, docosanoie acid, tetracosanoic acid, which constitute 94.53 % of the whole fatty oil ; Being placed in the air for some time, fatty oil' s composition changed, but remained relatively stable. In which unsaturated fatty acids are tautomerism and demonstrates one increased, another reduced. Especially oleie acid, linoleic acid, palmitic acid and other active substances.
