摘要
文章针对BT100H稠油热采套管中出现的横向冲击韧性偏低的原因进行了研究。对冲击韧性的断口用扫描电镜进行微观观察分析,认为横向韧性低的原因是条状硫化物夹杂及成簇状的复合氧化物夹杂造成的,进而造成带状组织使钢管产生各项异性,因而使钢管的横向冲击韧性异常偏低。
In this paper, the causes of lower transverse impact ductility for BT100H casings used for thermal recovery of thickened oil are studied. The microstructures of fracture for impact ductility are observed and analyzed with the scanning electron microscope and the results show that the reasons are strip - shaped sulfide inclusions and cluster composite oxides inclusions causing the handed structures so that the steel tubes are with different natures.
