低钙铝锰铁生产应用试验研究

摘要 炼钢厂采用低钙铝锰铁在LF精炼脱氧,钢中[O]T达到20×10-6以下,平均为10×10-6;钢中夹杂物组成、形态正常,LF离位w[Al]稳定的控制在0.025%~0.045%。说明低钙铝锰铁脱氧剂在LF使用能够满足生产要求。 The low calcium Al - Mn - Fe alloy is adopted to deoxidize for LF refining in Steel - melting Plant. As a resuit,the [O]τ in molten steel is lower than 20×10^-6 and the average is 10×10^-6 as well as the composition and shape of inclusions in steels are normal. Moreover,the w [ Al] in molten steal at the end of LF refining is steadily controlled between 0.025% and 0. 045% ,which shows that the low calcium Al- Mn - Fe deoxidizer used for LF refining could satisfy the production requirements.
