The financial control is an important part of enterprise works ,it is also important for cost accounting unit to do financial control of enterprises well. Thus ,it is advantageous to improving the production and operating levels, economic benefits as well as abilities of arranging the finance and planning funds, which could make the enterprises utilize funds rea- sonably and effectively as well as promote the development of enterprises.
