摘要
高硅硅钢片是一种具有高磁导率、磁致伸缩系数小和低铁损等优异软磁性能的合金,但由于其室温脆性和低的热加工性能严重影响了其在工业领域的应用.本文综述了特殊轧制工艺、快速冷凝工艺、粉末压延工艺和沉积扩散工艺等制备高硅钢的工艺路线和原理,总结了各种方法的研究现状和存在问题及今后的研究方向.
High silicon steel is a kind of soft magnetic materials with high permeability, low magnetostriction coefficient and low iron loss. However, its room temperature brittleness and poor workability limit its industrial applications. This paper describes the process route and principle of special rolling, rapid solidification, powder rolling and deposition-diffusion techniques for making the high silicon steels The research status and the existing problem of these methods are summarized, and the development direction concerning the preparation process of the high silicon steel suggested in the paper.
