摘要
海豹肢畸形是肢体局部畸形的一种，属于纵形肢体缺陷。纵形肢体缺陷表现为缺失平面以远的结构（正常与不正常）存在，分为以下类型：（1）肱骨或股骨纵形缺陷：肱骨或股骨部分或完全缺失。（2）尺骨、桡骨、胫骨或腓骨纵形缺陷：尺骨、桡骨、胫骨或腓骨部分或完全缺失，
