改进的差动算法在乙烯裂解炉支管温度控制中的应用

摘要 乙烯裂解炉支管温度平衡系统是一个多变量、非线性、强耦合的复杂过程,在多支路的情况下,运用差动法会增加系统的复杂性和不确定性。针对上述问题提出一种改进的差动控制方案,通过把多个支管作为一个整体来处理,不仅避免了重复运用差动法,而且控制器结构简单,容易实现。仿真实验表明了控制方案合理、有着较好的跟踪性能。 Passes temperature balance system of ethylene cracking furnace is a multivariable, nonlinear, strong coupling complicated process. Under the circumstances of multi--passes, the complexity and uncertainty of system could be increased by using difference control method. In view of the above problems, an improved difference control scheme was proposed, which processes all the passes as a whole. This scheme avoided employing the difference control technique reiteratively. The controller structure is simple and easy to be implemented. Simulation experiment shows that the improved difference control method is reasonable and has good tracking performance.
