摘要 本文探讨了人类工程活动对地质环境的负面影响并进行了初步分类。消除人类工程活动对地质环境负面影响的基本手段是岩土工程 ,通过岩土工程建立起人类工程活动与大自然之间新的和谐和均衡 ,这是一种广义岩土工程的概念 ;作为对这个问题的理论支持 ,建议建立地质环境工程学的概念。 Man's engineering activities have many negative influences on geological environment, which these engineering activities are classified into 5 kinds: excavating engineering,ordinary loading engineering (or basement of building), special loading engineering(such as reservoir storage dam, mine tailing dam,etc ),underground water engineering and wast disposal engineering By geotechnical engineering,the negative influnces of man's engineering activities on geological environment can be under control The broad sense of geotechnical engineering is that geotechnical engineering can make man's engineering activities and the nature re harmonious or re balanced So the author suggests to set up a science, called “geological environment engineering science”, to study and deal with the influences of man's engineering activities on geological environment from the views: laws and characteristics of the occurrence and development of these influences, short term hazard and potential hazard caused by these influences, and engineering measures to remove or to prevent these negative influences to the maximum limit
