摘要
根据生产实践,总结分析了氢氧化铝粒度对干法氟化铝生产产品产量、产品质量、流化床工况和设备的影响。认为选用粗颗粒氢氧化铝生产的优越性在于能更好地保持流态化、有利于流化床的正常稳定操作,延长设备使用寿命,提高产品产量、质量,提高产品粒度,增加效益,并受电解铝厂用户的欢迎。
According to production practice,summaried and analysed the effect of aluminium hydroxide particle size on the production process of aluminum fluoride by Dry process such as production output,product quality,fluidization bed conditions and production equipment,pointed out the superiority to choose coarse particle aluminum hydroxide were better maintaining fluidized,conducive to the normal stable operation,prolonging the service life of the equipment,improving product yield,quality and product particle size,increasing efficiency and welcome by the electrolytic aluminum plant users.
