摘要
介绍了实现醛/酮与胺的还原烷基化是制备高级胺反应的2种重要方法:催化加氢和硼氢化物化学还原,叙述了这2种反应体系的主要研究进展,介绍了催化加氢中常用的催化剂,指出对金属催化剂进行硫化处理是提高选择性的有效方法;介绍了硼氢化物化学还原法中常用的催化体系,讨论了醛/酮与胺还原烷基化反应中的影响因素,特别是原料的空间位阻、脱水剂、原料配比和溶剂等因素的影响,指出可以通过改变原料配比和溶剂等条件提高目标产物的选择性。
The reductive alkylation reaction of aldehyde/ketone and amine is an important reaction to synthesis alkylated amine.Two main methods to achieve the synthesis were introduced,which were catalytic hydrogenation and borohydride reduction.Described the main research progress and introduced the catalysts used in the two methods.Pointed out sulfidizing of catalyst metal was effective to achieve high selectivity.Introduced the commonly catalytic system used in borohydride chemical reduction method and discussed the effects of the reaction conditions such as steric hindrance of reactant,dehydrating agent,raw material ratio and solvent.Modifying the reaction conditions such as raw material ratio and solvent could improve the selectivity of target product.
