摘要
介绍了高含硫天然气中硫的物理沉积和化学沉积原理,叙述了国内外高含硫气田的脱硫技术的状况。认为选择脱硫-DEA脱硫脱碳工艺和MDWA法+自循环LO-CAT工艺的应用前景比较广泛;在脱硫技术的发展中,还应开展脱水、防腐技术的广泛研究,达到净化天然气,实现操作的安全性。
This paper introduced the formation principles of elemental sulfur by physical vapor deposition and chemical vapor deposition in high-sulfur containing natural gas,and summarized the desulfurization technology of high sulfur-containing natural gas domestic and abroad.The choice of desulfurization including DEA desulfurization and decarbonization process,MDWA methed and self-circulating LO-CAT process had widespread application prospect;In the development of desulfurization technology,extensive research on dehydration and anti-corrosion technology should be carried out,in order to purify natural gas and achieve the actual operation safety.
