摘要 介绍了乙烯生产装置中丙烯制冷压缩机的作用、流程及主要操作参数。叙述了轻重组分污染对制冷压缩机的影响及其解决方法:如被轻组分污染,应先进行出口排火炬处理;如被重组分污染,应通过丙烯侧放净至CBD和启动泵打出界区;开车过程如果混有少量轻、重组分,则可以通过逐渐置换的方法加以解决。介绍了系统在正常和异常情况下补丙烯的操作方法,由于内漏等缺失的丙烯可以对照丙烯收集罐的液位来进行补充。 Introduced the function,process and main operation parameters of propylene refrigeration compressor in ethylene production equipment,described the effect and solution of the light and heavy components pollution on refrigeration compressor: export row torch processing should be proceeded first if polluted by light components,the propylene should be released completely by side to CBD and play out area by priming pump if polluted by heavy components;The little light and heavy components mixed during the process could be solved through the methods of gradually replacement.Introduced the operation method of propylene replenish to system in normal and abnormal case,the propylene lacked due to the inner leakage could be supplied by contrasting propylene collection tank liquid level.
