摘要
介绍了乙烯裂解炉产物含量标定的目的、意义及方法,以某100 kt/a乙烯裂解炉操作优化为实例,对该裂解炉在不同工艺条件下的含量进行标定,根据标定结果对操作条件进行了优化。结果表明,将操作条件调整后,裂解温度从815℃降低至805℃,裂解炉双烯的质量分数提高0.84个百分点。
The purpose,significance and methods of ethylene cracking furnace product content calibration were introduced in thispaper.A 100 kt/a ethylene cracking furnace operation optimization was used for example,the product content from the crackingfurnace under different operating conditions were calibration and then optimized the operation conditions according to the calibration results.The result showed that the cracking furnace outlet temperature was reduced from 815 ℃ to 805 ℃,and the mass fraction of ethylene and propylene was improved by 0.84 percentage after optimization.
