荔枝体胚发生早期蛋白质组分变化的初步分析 被引量:1

摘要 以‘下番枝’品种荔枝体胚发生早期7个阶段的胚性培养物为材料,采用SDS-PAGE蛋白质电泳方法分离蛋白质组分。试验结果表明:荔枝体胚发生早期存在着丰富的蛋白质组分,且各阶段之间的蛋白质组分存在着明显的差异;出现的6.13、5.08、4.02kD小分子量的特异蛋白质,可能在荔枝体胚发生早期过程中起着重要的作用。 The protein components of seven embryogenic cultures were separated by SDS-PAGE during the early litchi somatic embryogenesis. The results showed that the protein components varied obviously during various stages of early somatic embryogenesis of litchi. Three low molecular weight proteins (6.13 kD, 5.08 kD and 4.02 kD) emerged at the early developmental stages of somatic embryogenesis, which maybe played an important role in the process of the early somatic embryogenesis.
