我国是个自然灾害频发的国家,构建新型农业保险体系十分重要。文章介绍了近几年自然灾害爆发表现出的新特征,农业生产的特点以及我国农业保险体系的发展现状,并论述了自然灾害频发下构建新型农业保险体系的必要性,在此基础上对自然灾害频发下构建新型农业保险体系做了简要介绍,同时对新型农业保险体系的实现路径进行了详细分析。

China is a country that natural disasters occur frequently,therefore it is very important to constructing new type of agricultural insurance system.The author introduced the new features of the natural disasters outbroken in recent years,the characteristics of agricultural production and the current development of the agricultural insurance system in China,and also discussed the necessity of building new type of agricultural insurance system under frequent occurrence of natural disasters.On this basis,the establishment of new agricultural insurance system under frequent occurrence of natural disasters was introduced briefly,at the same time,the realization path of the new type of agricultural insurance system was introduced in detail.
