摘要
根据卫生部要求,从2012年起全国医院统一实施《新医院财务制度》,文章从3个方面论述了公立医院如何完善自身财务管理水平,建立完善的内部控制体系,提升财务人员的业务水平与道德水准,将医院财务管理与战略管理有机结合才能跟上改革的步伐,符合新财务制度的要求,提高医院的经济效益,以保证医院的持续发展。
According to Ministry of Health requirement： all hospitals carry out ＂New Hospital Fianacial Regulation＂ from 2012. The article discusses how to perfect self financial management level from three aspects： build perfect internal control system, promote professional skill and morality standard of fmance personnel, combine hospitals＇ fmancial management with stratagem management. So as to follow the step of reform, fit the requirements of new financial regulation, increase hospitals＇ benefit and guarantee hospitals＇ sustainable development.
