区域内各地方政府为了解决交通体制的行政壁垒问题,涌现出了大量地方政府间交通合作现象。合作的主要领域包括港口合作、机场合作、公路合作;合作的主要内容有交通管理信息共享、交通运输联合管理、交通设施建设和融资;合作的主要类型有协调竞争关系、交通衔接(接驳)、共同兴建基础设施;合作的机制包括区域内地方政府推动的全面合作、区域内交通部门推动的多领域合作、省际双边合作、上级规划两地合作。

In order to break down administrative barriers in the transportation system, a large number of phenomena of transport cooperation between local governments emerge prominently. Its main areas include ports cooperation, airports cooperation, highways cooperation; main contents include traffic management information sharing, transportation manage- ment, financing and construction of transportation facilities; main types include harmonization of competition, convergence of traffic （connection）, the common infrastructure facilities; mechanisms include comprehensive cooperation of local governments, cooperation in various fields among the transport sectors, etc..
