摘要
社会管理创新需要社会科学理论的有力支撑,社会科学普及是社会管理创新的内在需求。然而原有社会管理体制的问题,在很大程度上折射出从官员到民众社会科学素养的缺陷,成为社会管理创新的隐性障碍。在社会管理创新中社会科学普及的作用是:引领改革方向,促进观念转变;引导信息传播,培育理性公民;搭建学习平台,推动自我教育;依托社会组织,提升专业水平。
Social science popularization is the intrinsic demand of social management innovation. However, the problems of old social management system largely reflect the lack of scientific quality from officials to the public, which is the recessive disorder of social management innovation. The realization of social management innovation needs the support of social science popularization.
