Synthesis and Characterization of Trioctahedral Saponites

摘要 采用高温水热合成法制备了具有三八面体结构的皂石材料,并考察了合成皂石的影响因素。采用XRD、FT-IR、27 Al MAS NMR、BET、TEM等技术手段对合成材料进行了表征。结果表明,水热晶化温度是皂石合成中最为主要的影响因素,只有在晶化温度达到250℃以上时,才能制备出有序度较高的纯相皂石;八面体金属离子对于产物的有序性有一定影响。 Well-ordered saponites with trioctahedral structure were synthesized by using hydrothermal method. The factors influencing saponite synthesis were investigated in details. X-ray diffraction, FT-IR spectroscopy, 27A1 MAS-NMR, BET, and TEM et al were used for the characterization of saponites. The results illustrated that crystallization temperature was the most important factor while octahedral ions had certain influence on the order of saponites. Saponites with high quality were successfully synthesized at the temperature beyond 250℃.
