摘要 以浸渍法制备了Ce/HZSM-5、Cu/HZSM-5、Cu-Ce/HZSM-5系列催化剂,采用XRD、氮气物理吸附和氨气程序升温脱附方法对其进行了表征,并考察了其催化乙醇芳构化性能。结果表明,Ce和Cu的负载降低了HZSM-5分子筛的比表面积,但分子筛保持原有的骨架结构,且强酸量减少、中强酸量和弱酸量增多;先浸渍Ce再浸渍Cu,Ce和Cu的负载量分别为1.2%和5%的HZSM-5催化剂具有最佳的乙醇芳构化催化性能,在反应温度350℃、质量空速1.0h-1条件下,芳烃收率可达67.6%。 A series of Ce/HZSM-5, Cu/HZSM-5, Cu-Ce/HZSM-5 catalysts were prepared by impregnation method, which were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), nitrogen adsorption and temperature programmed desorption of ammonia (NH3-TPD), and used to catalyze the ethanol aromatization. The results indicated that the specific surface area of HZSM-5 was decreased due to the loading of Ce and Cu species, but the framework of HZSM-5 was not changed. At the same time, the strong acid sites decreased severely, and the medium acid sites and weak acid sites increased slightly. Under the conditions of Ce impregnated first and then Cu with Ce and Cu mass fractions of 1.2% and 5%, respectively, the reaction temperature 350℃ and MHSV 1.0 h l, the total aromatics yield of ethanol aromatization reached 67.6%.
