酚胺树脂聚醚破乳剂的界面活性 被引量:11

摘要 采用旋转滴法测定了9种酚胺树脂聚醚型破乳剂(PAPEmn)与胜利油田孤东二元驱原油、水驱原油组成的体系的油-水界面张力,考察了PAPEmn质量浓度、PAPEmn的相对分子质量和HLB值以及温度对油-水界面张力的影响。结果表明,PAPEmn系列破乳剂具有高于常规破乳剂的界面活性,且随着PAPEmn浓度增加,体系的油-水界面张力显著下降;对于亲水性较强的PAPEm3系列破乳剂,随着其质量浓度从50mg/L升至1500mg/L,体系的油-水界面张力从100数量级降至10-3数量级;PAPEmn的的界面活性与其相对分子质量和HLB值密切相关,实验范围内,其亲水亲油平衡(HLB值)改变比相对分子质量的变化更能影响体系的油-水界面张力,随着HLB值增大,破乳剂的界面活性明显增强;随着温度升高,PAPEmn的界面活性下降,表明该系列破乳剂较适合在低温下使用。 The oil-water interfacial tensions of the system containing aqueous of a series of phenolamine resin block polyether demulsifiers (PAPE,) and Shengli crude oil from Gudong, including surfactant-polymer (SP) flooding oil and water flooding oil, were determined with a spinning drop tension meter. The influences of concentration, the relative molecular mass and hydrophilic lipophilic balance (HLB value) of PAPEmax, as well as temperature on oil-water interfacial tensions were discussed in detail. Experimental results showed that PAPEmax, performed higher interfacial activity than some traditional demulsifiers. The oil-water interracial tension decreased obviously with the increase of bulk concentration of PAPEmax, which dropped from 10° to 10-3 magnitude as the bulk concentration increased from 50 mg/L to 1500 mg/L. The interfacial activity of PAPEmax was closely related to its relative molecular mass and HLB value. In the experimental range, the HLB value had greater influence on interfacial activity of PAPEmax than the relative molecular mass did. The interfacial activity was improved with the increment of HLB value. Further more, the interfacial activity of PAPE declined as temperature increased, which illustrated that the PAPE could be applied in low temperature environment.
