摘要
利用分光光度法 ,对水相中辣根过氧化物酶与底物反应的最适反应条件进行了研究 .同时 ,用停流法探讨了 2 5℃时辣根过氧化物酶反应过程中各种中间化合物的形成和消失速度 ;
Spectrophotometric study on the optimum reaction conditions of horseradish peroxidase in aqueous phase was carried out. The velocity of the appearance and disappearance of various intermediate compounds of horseradish peroxidase in 25 ℃ by means of stopped flow method have also been investigated. Moreover, the results of steady kinetics have been demonstrated with stopped flow method.
