降钙素原检查在急诊抗感染中的临床应用及诊断意义

Clinical application and diagnostic significance of procalcitonin examination in the emergency anti-infective

目的探讨降钙素原(PCT)检查在急诊抗感染中的临床应用及诊断意义。方法收集79例急性感染患者,同时采血测定血常规及PCT检查,比较各指标对细菌感染的诊断价值。结果细菌感染组与非细菌感染组白细胞总数、中性粒细胞比值、PCT检查值比较,差异均有统计学意义,细菌感染组以上各指标均显著高于非细菌感染组(P<0.01)。PCT检查诊断患者细菌感染的敏感性达94.44%,特异性83.33%,均高于其他指标。结论 PCT检测有很好的特异性及敏感性,有助于鉴别急诊患者的细菌感染。

Objective To explore the clinical application and diagnostic significance of procalcitonin （PCT） examination in the emergency anti - infective. Methods 79 cases with acute infection were collected, then blood samples were taken to test PCT and blood routine. The value of all test results for diagnosis of bacterial infection was compared. Results The white blood cell, neutrophil ratio and PCT in bacterial infection group were higher than those in non - bacterial infection group （P 〈 O. 01 ）. The sensitivity and specificity of PCT were respectively 94.44% and 82.76%, and it had a higher diagnostic value than the other indicators in patients with bacterial infection. Conclusion PCT tests are helpful to identify bacterial infection in emergency patients, it has good sensitivity and specificity.
