预氧化工艺对钴铬烤瓷合金金—瓷结合强度的影响

EFFECT OF PREOXIDATION TECHNIQUE ON THE METAL-PORCELAIN BOND STRENGTH OF CO-CR CERAMIC ALLOY

摘要 目的:研究预氧化工艺对钴铬合金金—瓷结合界面的影响,以提高钴铬烤瓷合金的金—瓷结合强度。方法:选用BEGO公司钴铬烤瓷合金和VMK 95烤瓷粉,由同一技师按临床比例制成金—瓷棒盘试件60件,金—瓷片试件6件,根据预氧化时间的长短不同将金属试件随机分为6组,分别观察金—瓷结合强度和金—瓷界面的形貌及元素分布情况。结果:预氧化5,10,15min组钴铬合金的金—瓷结合强度与对照组(不预氧化)相比有显著差异,并在预氧化5min达到最大值,此后随着预氧化时间的延长,金—瓷结合强度变化不明显。扫描电镜下观察到,预氧化组熔区金—瓷界面形貌清晰,金—瓷间有明显的过渡层,金—瓷界面结合紧密,相互渗透,无裂纹和气泡,在界面处有连续的反应薄层,预氧化5min时铬元素出现明显的界面附近聚集峰。结论:预氧化工艺提高了钴铬合金金—瓷结合强度,钴铬合金烤瓷界面实现了金—瓷之间的化学结合,预氧化5min金—瓷结合强度达到最大值,但预氧化时间过长并不能提高钴铬合金的金—瓷结合强度。 Objective: To investigate the effect of preoxidation technique on the metal-porcelain bond strength of the Cobalt-Chromium (Co-Cr) alloys porcelain, then provide reference for raising the rehabili- tation achievement ratio. Methods: Co-Cr ceramic alloys and VMK95 porcelain powder were used in this study. A total of 60 pull-rod samples were made and divided into 6 groups according to different preoxida- tion time for metal-porcelain bond strength measurement; 6 metal-porcelain compounds were made and al- so divided into 6 groups for SEM observation and X-ray element energy analysis. Results: The bonding strength was increased significantly in the groups of preoxidation 5, 10 and 15 minutes were reached the top at 5 minutes. Observed through the electron microscope, in the melt area, the metal-porcelain contact sur- face appearance was clear, micro-analysis on metal-porcelain interface showed that combination between metal and ceramic were tight and simonized in each other without any crack and bubble. And there was a continuous thin reaction layer. Conclusion: The preoxidation increases the metal-porcelain bond strength of the Co-Cr alloys porcelain, the 5 minutes preoxidation form a well-distributed oxide film on the surface of the metal, and it's bonding strength reached the top. Prolong the preoxidation time can not increase the bonding strength.
