抗氧化剂谷胱甘肽对慢性阻塞性肺疾病治疗作用的研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的:探讨抗氧化剂谷胱甘肽(GSH)治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)的临床疗效。方法:将108例COPD患者按数字表法随机分为观察组和对照组各54例,两组患者均给予氧疗、祛痰、支气管扩张剂、维生素、必要时应用抗生素等常规治疗,观察组在此治疗基础上辅以口服GSH片0.2g,3次/d。两组疗程均为6个月。检测两组患者治疗前后GSH、谷胱甘肽过氧化酶(GSH-PX)、丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化物岐化酶(SOD)、过氧化脂质(LPO)、IgA、IgG、IgM、补体C3和肺功能指标,观察两组患者急性加重发生率。结果:观察组治疗6个月后GSH、GSH-PX、SOD水平均比治疗前明显升高(P<0.01),也比对照组明显升高(P<0.05);MDA、LPO水平则比治疗前及对照组明显降低(P<0.05);观察组各项免疫指标和肺功能均比治疗前及对照组明显改善(P<0.05);观察组患者急性加重发生率为16.7%(9/54)比对照组的48.2%(26/54)明显降低(P<0.001)。结论:对COPD患者辅以GSH治疗,可以增加患者体内GSH水平,提高患者气道和肺的抗氧化能力,降低COPD急性加重发生率,控制疾病发展。 Objective:To discuss the clinical effects of glutathione(GSH) on chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases (COPD). Methods: A total of 108 patients with COPD were randomly divided into observation ( n =54) and control groups ( n =54). All patients received conventional therapy, and the patients in obser- vation group received GSH for six months. Serum concentration of GSH, GSH-PX, MDA, SOD, LPO, IgA, IgG, IgM, and Ca and lung functional parameter were detected before and after treatment. The inci- dence of acute exacerbation was observed. Results: After six months treatment, the concentrations of GSH, GSH-PX and SOD in observation group were higher than those before treatment and in control group ( P d0.05), the concentrations of MDA and LPO were lower than those before treatment and in control group ( P 〈0.05), the immunity index and lung functional parameter in observation group were im- proved. The incidence rate of acute exacerbation in observation group was lower than that in control group (16.7% vs. 48.2%, P 〈0. 001). Conclusion: GSH can increase the concentration of GSH, decrease the incidence rate of acute exacerbation and control chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases.
