Absorbed in the World of Folk Songs——Fang Miaoying and the Research of Folk Songs in Chu Area

方妙英是我国著名的民族音乐学家、音乐教育家、音乐评论家和作曲家。她在民族音乐学、音乐创作和音乐教学等方面取得了突出的成就。笔者只能挂一漏万,主要从以下三个方面来探讨她的楚地民歌研究成果:一、楚宫、楚徵、楚羽体系民歌三声腔研究;二、鄂西土家族哭嫁歌研究;三、湖北五句子歌及其变体研究。

Fang Miaoying, a famous Ethno musician, a music educator, music critic and composer, has made great achievements in ethnomusic, music education and composition. This essay illustrates her achievements in the followingthree aspects： three tone song＇ s research of Chu Gong, Chu Zhi, and Chu Yu; Tujia People＇ s bridal weeping songs reseach ; Reserch of Hubei five phrase Zige and its variation.
