The Chinese literary intelligentsia political form was finally established in Song Dynasty,the rulers of Song Dynasty wanted to rule the state civilly.The paper first analyzes the causes of the formation of civil service system in Song Dynasty,including the historical factors,the influence of the imperial examination system,and economic and cultural factors.Then it analyzes the military weakness,financial overburden and other adverse effects,and based on the analysis of the current civil servant system in our country,reveals the enlightenment of civil service system in Song Dynasty to our civil servant system.
