摘要 为提高高等级SWRCH22A冷镦盘条合格率,减少SWRCH22A冷镦盘条冷镦开裂,通过对降级产品取样进行实验分析,得出1/4级冷镦开裂的原因是存在魏氏体组织及表面质量存在划伤、结疤、折叠等缺陷。通过采取优化控轧、控冷参数,提高连铸坯入炉质量,严格生产过程控制,轧制现场增设酸洗池,精细包装等措施,有效改善魏氏体组织等性能缺陷及表面质量,合格率达到97.12%,取得较好效果。 In order to improve the qualified rate of high grade SWRCH22A cold heading rod, and to reduce cold - heading cracks of it, it is concluded that one quarter of cracking reason is the existing Widmannstaetten structure and defects of scratches, scars, folding on the surface through analysis the samples of downgrading products. By optimizing the controlled rolling and cooling pa- rameters, improving continuous casting billets, strict process control, building pickling pond in the production site and so on, which are helpful for faster search defect. Exquisite packaging and other measures effectively improve the property defects caused by Widma- nnstaetten structure and surface quality, and qualified rate reaches 97.12%, and good effectsare achieved.
