介绍新钢冷轧厂酸再生系统的主要设备、工艺及生产流程,针对生产调试过程中出现的问题进行排查、分析,找到故障原因,通过改进设备、调整系统参数等方法排除故障,保证酸再生系统正常运行。
The main equipments, process, work flow of acid regeneration of cold rolling in Xinyu Steel are introduced. Ai- ming at the problems occurs during the production debugging, reason for breakdown is found after troubleshooting and analysis. The nor- mal operation of acid regeneration systems is ensured through improved facilities, adjusting method parameters and etc.
