摘要
针对轧后钢板控冷过程中造成的钢板质量问题,通过跟踪钢板实际冷却效果,采取ACC自动化控制系统优化措施,对优化前后的钢板冷却效果进行分析,结果表明:优化后的ACC自动化控制系统具有良好的控制精度,为新品种的开发创造了极其有利条件。
On account of problems during controlled cooling process, optimization for ACC automation control system are a- dopted through studying the actual cooling effects of plates. Results show that the improved ACC automation control system has good control accuracy and creates a wonderful condition of manufacturing new steel grades.
