多级离心泵振动原因分析及解决办法

摘要 对多级离心泵的异常振动原因进行查找分析,将止推间隙、平衡盘问隙,叶轮口环与泵体口环导叶口环之间的间隙做了合理的调整,密封腔直口与泵体的同心度,首级叶轮壳体腐蚀严重穿腔,进行补焊处理,对泵体产生振动的原因进行简单的阐述,并提出有针对性的解决方法,最终使泵达到良好的运行状态。 Abnormal vibriation reasons of multistage centrifugal pumps were analyzed, then some measures were carried out, such as rationally adjusting the clearance of thrust, clearance of balance disk, clearance between impeller ring and pump mouth ring, checking concentricity between direct export of seal cavity and pump body, welding the place where breakage happened in the first stage impeller casing because of severe corrosion. At last, the pumps can run very well.
